CALCULATION OF THE DELIVERY DATE
The delivery period starts on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends upon expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the next working day applies instead.
If you order several items with different delivery times in one order, we will ship the goods together in one shipment unless agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time for the item with the longest delivery time applies to the entire order.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
Orders within the EU: no customs or import fees — VAT is included in your order.
Orders outside the EU (incl. Switzerland, UK, Norway, USA): customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may apply on delivery. These are determined by your country and are paid by you - they are not included in our prices and we cannot predict their amount. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
For deliveries outside the EU, additional costs beyond our control may also arise and are borne by you - for example bank transfer or currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card provider.

COMMON QUESTIONS
When will my order ship?
The delivery times above already include order processing - they tell you when your order will arrive, not just when it ships.
My tracking hasn't updated. What do I do?
Tracking can take up to 48 hours to populate after dispatch. If nothing moves after that, email hello@byserafina.com with your order number and we'll chase the carrier directly.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If we haven't dispatched yet, yes — email us as soon as possible after ordering. Once dispatched, the parcel is with the carrier and we can't reroute it.
My parcel says delivered but I don't have it.
Check with neighbours and any safe place around your address. If it's still missing 24 hours later, email hello@byserafina.com - we'll open a carrier investigation and sort it out.
